Mzansi comedian Trevor Noah and his gorgeous US bae Minka Kelly have reportedly split.

The celebrity couple made headlines at the weekend after they allegedly broke up. A source claimed the two superstars felt they should take time apart because of their busy schedules.

The South-African-born comedian, who has relocated to the US, and the actress were romantically linked in September last year, according to TimesLIVE.

The publication reports that an Entertainment Tonight source said The Daily Show host and the Almost Human star's "work commitments and careers are very different and they both felt like they should take time apart".

Briefly News reported recently that the stand-up comedian and Minka were set to move in together when Trevor bought a $27.5m (about R389m) contemporary mansion in Bel-Air at the start of the year.

In other entertainment news, Briefly News reported that US superstar Michael B Jordan invited Trevor Noah to gym during the latest episode of The Daily Distancing Show.

The popular actor was a guest on Trevor's show to chat about his new movie Without Remorse. The hunky actor portrays the character of hero John Clark in the film. During their chat, the two famous men spoke about gym and how Michael prepares for the roles that require his body to be ripped. The actor then asked Trevor Noah to work out with him.

The Mzansi-born comedian shared a hilarious response to the Black Panther star's invite. Trevor replied:

"Why would I do that to myself as a human being? Why would I, as Trevor Noah, go work out with Michael B Jordan?"

Michael then jokingly said that Trevor Noah would feel terrible at first but would "feel great" afterwards.

Meanwhile, Briefly News previously reported that Lori Harvey took to social media to post new pics of her boyfriend, Michael B Jordan. The stunner shared the snaps of the two of them while on their way to or from celebrating Michael's 34th birthday on Tuesday, 9 February.

Lori, who is Steve Harvey's daughter, took to Instagram to wish her hot "nugget" a happy birthday. She shared a couple of snaps of the two of them dressed up to the nines. The gorgeous Lori captioned her post.
