It has been a year since the TV series Blood & Water debuted and we cannot believe that time has flown by this quickly.

Taking to social media to celebrate the one-year anniversary, Netflix shared some snaps from the series and reflected on its success.

“It's been one year since the students of Parkhurst High stole our hearts! Happy Blood & Water Day.”

Seeing the excitement from fans, Netflix made it clear that they are not about to answer any questions regarding Season 2, at least, not just yet.

“Please don't ask me about Season 2, nam andazi guys.”

Fans were not impressed and let Netflix know that they have been waiting for Season 2 patiently.

“I keep on paying you guys for season 2 but dololo you playing with hearts.”
“How about a present, give us Season 2 to celebrate this day”

“At this point, I think we should sue ya'll for withholding our source of joy (s2).”

Briefly New previously reported that Blood & Water Season 2 is returning soon to Netflix. The African original Netflix series will be introducing new characters on the upcoming season.

The viewers of the epic show will be happy to known that original cast members of the drama series are all back for the new season.

Fans can look forward to seeing their faves including Natasha Thahane, Cindy Mahlandu and Ama Qamata, among others. Among the new faces to the most-loved show, is Leroy Siyafa. Leroy will portray the role of Sam. The character of Reece will also have more scenes in the upcoming season. Greteli Fincham plays the role of Reece. Reece will be introduced to two new friends.
