Mzansi rapper Reason took to social media to share some advice that he got from the marvellous Zodwa Wabantu. Reason never saw himself doing this, ever!
Sharing a clip on social media, Reason, in bed with pink hair, shared that Zodwa recently told him that she is truly happy that he is doing him, and that hit Reason hard!
Reason went on to share that earlier in the week people had been speaking smack about him and that it was bothering him, however, after hearing what Zodwa had to say, Reason felt empowered.
Zodwa made Reason feel comfortable with being exactly who he is. Reason wants everyone to feel comfortable in their own skin like he does, and to not let the shade throwers make them feel any different.
“THANK YOU @zodwalibram ”
Fans took to the comment section to thank Reason for sharing this and to let him know that he has all the right to be happy for being who he is. Haters gonna hate!
@mikenella: “BEHIND EVERY GOOD HORSE IS A LOT OF DUST (dust = gossip).”
@djladydu: “This is true badla ngama pipe ”
@liamlynchphoto: “Realised I've known you so long, last I remembered this deep was T's wedding, talking around that small table with Amu. This hit hard, good to hear it in your voice. Keep doing you Much love.”
@nicki_d__: “Bonang once said "They have to talk about you because when they talk about themselves, nobody listens." Keep on doing you Sizwe.”
Briefly News previously reported that Reason has took to social media to share that the Covid-19 lockdown has not been good to him. The rapper asked his fans to refer him to a good therapist he could see after the Covid-19 lockdown period is over.
Many Mzansi entertainers have used social media to voice their frustrations over financial difficulties amid the pandemic. They have not been able to make money as they have not been booked to perform during these trying times.
"Can y’all please reply to this tweet with some great therapists y’all have used. The good ones only. You can give a twitter handle / name, office number and area. I just wanna normalise seeing someone after this lockdown. This thing was painful hey… #TherapyYellowPages"
