An IT-specialist from the United Kingdom named Dr Jones Lukose is the type of doting husband usually found between the pages of romance novels.

The man and his wife Dr Beatrice Lukose have garnered attention online after their daughter posted a video labelling them as "marriage goals".

The couple have been married for 23 years and their daughter, Queen, posted footage of them together with some of the cute ways her father shows love for her mother.

The video was titled Things My Dad Does to Make My Mum Smile and showed various actions of affection Jones does for Beatrice.

Snippets show him combing her afro, singing to her and making her cups of tea, all of which had social media commenters gushing over their love.

The clip was watched by millions of people across the globe and even reached celebrity Kelly Rowland.

In the video, Queen detailed the routines her dad has formed over the years because he knows how happy they make his beloved wife.

Jones prepares Beatrice a cup of tea every day, plays her favourite song on the guitar, checks if her outfits are on point and gives her foot massages.

Jones refers to Beatrice as his flower and even teaches young men how to value their partners.

“If you respect your husband he will always show you unconditional love,” Beatrice told her followers in an Instagram Q and A.

Meg Taylor Morrison said "yes" to herself at a beautiful event attended by friends and family on Halloween 2020, which was always her dream wedding day. The lady from Atlanta, Georgia US, broke up with her boyfriend in June 2020, but the two had already started plans for marriage and she was not backing down.

According to Daily Mail, the 35-year-old had learnt a lot about self-marriage ceremonies and decided to go ahead and give herself the wedding she always dreamt of.

Meg ordered a custom-made cake, chose a nice dress and even bought a diamond ring that she would eventually put on herself. The only worry on her mind was how people were going to look at it and if they would see her as a narcissist or someone compensating for her breakup.

Meg went ahead and held her wedding at an Airbnb in Colorado which was attended by 10 of her closest friends and family with many regulations in place amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. She read her vows, accepted her wedding ring and even kissed a reflection of herself in a mirror to seal the whole shebang.

Meg and her guests held an after-party at the rented home and ordered in food as they dance and celebrated her big day. She said her wedding was an act of self-love and felt she needed no one else to get married.
