Black Coffee has been moved by the plight of students in South Africa.

As many struggle to register into tertiary institutions because of finances, the DJ has decided to do his part to help out by starting a project to raise R3 million for students in the creative arts field.

Black Coffee has joined the #FamTagYouIt campaign. This project aims to crowdfund for creative undergraduate and graduate students with historical debt.

The project is a collaboration between Black Coffee's F.A.M Academy with designer Laduma Ngxokolo, artist Nelson Makamo and Feenix, a public benefit organisation.

"Guys cela ningihloniphe (please respect me). Black Coffee was at my house. Don’t mind my crustiness," she said.

The beautiful lady said for people not to mind the fact that she looks "crusty" but she looked stunning in the black dress and was smiling from ear to ear.
