Outspoken poet Ntsiki Mazwai shared her thoughts on Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) founding leader Julius Malema’s political career. Her comments came after Malema trended for his comments regarding General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
Mazwai has always been critical of Malema and, at one time, called the firebrand politician a bully. The MOYA Podcast host renewed her criticism of the EFF leader and did not hold back when she recently assessed his political career.

Mazwai expressed her sentiments about Malema after a social media user @Azania_Umoja asked a question about the politician. On Saturday, 6 September 2025, the social media user shared that they felt disappointed by Malema. The post was captioned:

On Sunday, 7 September 2025, Ntsiki Mazwai took to her verified X account and agreed with the social media user. Mazwai, who previously landed herself in trouble after calling out Gayton McKenzie, said Malema’s pride was affecting the whole community. The post was captioned:
“His ego is impacting the whole community, sadly.”
In the comments, social media user @Moreotsile21458 asked if Ntsiki Mazwai was joining Floyd Shivambu’s recently launched political party as a top official. The question read:
“Are you joining Afrika Mayibuye as President of Women's League?”
In response, Mazwai didn’t directly address the question and instead said:
“I am the CEO of NM Media House. I don’t need politics 😅in a few years, they will be asking me to fund them.”
