Musa Mseleku swapped his reality TV hat for a completely different role at a recent MultiChoice event, officiating a wedding ceremony linked to its Married at First Sight offering.
The 52-year-old, who has become a household name through his polygamous family life on Mzansi Magic's Uthando Nes'thembu, stood at the pulpit as couples exchanged their vows. The ceremony formed part of a broader MultiChoice package launch that brought together celebrities, content creators and media personalities for previews of the broadcaster's returning and upcoming shows.

"Today was a great evening for me to see people getting married and being happy. It's something very rare, but it's something that should happen every day," he said.
He also seemed genuinely taken with his temporary new title, adding:
"I'm so happy, as a pastor, and I'm so happy I'm a pastor."
Beyond his television career, Mseleku has built a reputation as an entrepreneur and media personality, making him one of the more recognisable figures Mzansi Magic has produced in recent years.
Mseleku on love and what it really means
Officiating weddings naturally invited questions about love itself, and Mseleku took a philosophical approach when asked to define it.
"Love can mean anything, but a different something to someone," he said.
He went further, explaining that the different relationships in his life have each offered him a unique perspective, which is precisely why he is reluctant to pin the concept down to a single definition.
"I wouldn't want to prescribe what love means to me, because from different people that I have, I get a different interpretation of love," he said.
For attendees at the MultiChoice event, the evening served as a celebration of the broadcaster's entertainment slate. For Mseleku, it clearly became something far more personal, a chance to witness couples make a commitment to each other and step into a new chapter of their lives together.
