Woman Finds Wallet, Trying to Trace Owner Online With ID Card, Saffas Praising Her For Honesty

An honest lady named Rea sought the help of peeps on social media to help trace a person who lost his wallet while en route to Johannesburg from KwaZulu-Natal. She posted a snap of the man's ID card and relayed how she came to be in possession of the wallet.

Rea explained that the wallet had sensitive items in it and that she wanted to return it to him. Her caption read:

Peeps on Twitter were very pleased with Rea's honesty and commended her. Some shared about the sensitive documents they lost while others advised her to either go to the police station or the bank (if there are bank cards) for quicker results.

Honest man returns lady's lost wallet with money still inside

In a similar story, Briefly News reported that an honest South African man has been praised after going all-out to find the owner of a wallet he found in a parking lot. Siphindile Lubisi took to social media to show appreciation to Mduu Semane Mandlazi who returned her wallet back with everything still inside, including money.

Siphindile shared that Mduu told her that he saw the wallet on the ground in the parking lot where she had parked her car.

"I think it fell when I was going inside the car. He went all the way to call all the docrs' cards inside and went to Ligwalagwala FM. I am speechless... God bless you!"

Siphindile's post was shared by Busisiwe Nyathi on the #ImStaying Facebook page. Social media users have applauded Mduu for his good deed.
