A South African woman known online as @Sako.ain't.worried went viral on 23 August 2026 after posting a candid video addressing her split from her American husband, Dalton, and hitting back at cheating claims that had been circulating online. Her post comes after Dalton broke his silence on her absence. Sako confirmed the divorce in the clip, telling her followers plainly:
"Yes, it's true. Dalton and I are getting a divorce. We're no longer together."
She said things began to unravel in February, and that she made the difficult decision to leave in July. She acknowledged that Dalton filed for divorce first, but added:
"There are three sides to every story. And you've only heard one."

The hotel photo that sparked cheating rumours
Much of the backlash Sako faced stemmed from a stranger who spotted her at a hotel with a man and posted about it online. She set the record straight, explaining the man was her security guard, known as Big Red, who Dalton himself had hired. She said he had simply been helping her carry luggage into the hotel lobby, in public, and nothing more.
"For everyone who thinks I'm having an affair with this man or that I cheated on Dalton, I'm not," she said. "Big Red is my security guard, and he always will be because I pay him to be so I can feel safe."
She also pushed back against suggestions that being seen out in public meant she had abandoned her child, saying that going through a divorce does not mean a mother stops living her life.
Sako chose not to share every detail but made clear she has her own truth and her own proof. She ended the video with a message directed at those who had mocked her background:
"This incompetent South African immigrant girl who can't speak English has found her inner peace. And I'm never looking back. Ever."
