The crowd was mostly made up of people between 20 to 40, and yet the most commanding presence in the yard belonged to the oldest person there. A younger woman danced alongside the gogo, holding her own, but all eyes kept drifting back to the elder. The way the gogo moved, unhurried and completely in her element, made it clear she was not there to keep up with anyone. She was the one setting the pace.

Everyone around her responded in kind, cheering, clapping and filming the moment as she vibed to the music without a care in the world. The occasion for the gathering was not specified, but the joy was unmistakable.
