Caitlyn did not receive much positive attention from this post though. The comment section was overflowing with shade, and a lot of it from celebrities.

People feel that Caitlyn is not protecting other trans people, she is just worsening the situation. They also called her out for the life she took back in 2015 as a result of a horrible car accident.

The people are not loving Caitlyn for governor, that’s for sure.

“Who’s going to cancel what now, Trumpocrite? #CancelCaitlyn”
“Remember when you 'cancelled' a woman’s life when you killed her with your car?”
“Now that you got yours, you’ll make sure every other trans person isn’t safe. Yeah, you’re definitely a Republican.”
“If you’re gonna 'wake up' anything, you should probably start with the lady you killed in that car wreck.”
“Nothing I love more from first time political hopefuls who have zero business in politics than them not having a single decent policy or idea and only posting Facebook platitudes to Twitter. Politics is a fun game for anyone with money to enter! Haha, everything is great.”

The road has been bumpy and one that no one ever expected. Sitting down with Khloe and Scott, Kim explained that she had spoken to Caitlyn on the odd occasion and that she had always been very caring. Khloe on the other expressed that she hadn’t really spoken to Caitlyn but that there were no hard feelings behind it.

“I talk to Caitlyn every once in a while. She's definitely super supportive and checks in and stuff like that," said Kim.
