The Duke and Duchess of Sussex get caught out in a lie

It seems the allegations were brought on after a source close to the Duke and Duchess revealed the couple had been financially supported by Prince Charles until the summer of 2020.

The information was confirmed by a spokesperson for Clarence House, ExpressUK reports.

In light of the new information, Prince Harry's earlier statements to Oprah Winfrey appear contradictory as he famously lamented to the talk show host for saying they had been 'cut off' financially in the first quarter of 2020.

According to the Daily Star, Morgan seems very pleased with himself as he did not believe the controversial royal couple anyway.

Piers Morgans 4,7 million fans have mixed reactions to the post

The broadcaster's millions of followers had very differing opinions on his little Twitter rant. While some agreed wholeheartedly with the statement, others accused Morgan of practising the same cyber-bullying he so often complains about.

It seems many former fans of Meghan and Prince Harry are newly questioning the former royals' motives as they continue to reap the financial rewards of speaking ill about palace life.

Journalists publicly criticise Markle and Prince Harry

According to a previous article by Express UK, journalist Maureen Callahan believes that the pair have wrongly used their royal titles and status to secure lucrative job offers and contracts.

"And for two people who can’t shut up about how much they hate royal life, how it nearly drove a pregnant Meghan to kill herself, how 'trapped' Harry felt by it all ’til Meghan came along — well, they sure don’t want to let go of those titles or connections or any halo effect being royal might grant them in the Hollywood/Silicon Valley circles to which they aspire," she wrote.

The reporter has also questioned the naming of their latest bundle of joy, wondering why they might have named their daughter after the Queen of a monarchy they claim to loath so very much.
