Last week, a beautiful Capetonian nurse took to social media to share photos of herself during a night shift.
The lady, who has been identified simply by her Twitter handle @Wandie_luvalo, shared a couple of selfies along with the caption:
"Forever slaying the night shift."

Her post sparked quite the reaction and gathered more than 11 000 likes on Twitter. South Africans complimented @Wandie_luvalo on her beauty and some even suggested they needed medical attention.
Nhlakanipho Mkhize, who goes by the Twitter handle @DrMkhize4, commented: "Nurses are problematic this year. They went and turned up the heat too much."
Another tweep, @luckysteazy, added: "Beautiful sister I wish you could nurse me over here."
