Veteran Afro-pop duo Mafikizolo, make up of Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Ncinza, have made a comeback that we are sure will not be forgotten.

Leaving the music scene can either leave people wanting more or make them realise that they didn’t care much for your music in the first place.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Theo and Nhlanhla have just dropped their lit new comeback single titled Thandolwethu, and it’s a vibe.

Theo and Nhlanhla are known for cooking up some of the tastiest afrobeats Mzansi has ever heard. Collaborating with younger artists has allowed for this duo to stay fresh and relevant.

After 20 years in the industry, Theo feels music is a part of who he is and that collabs were the way forward.

Theo and Nhlanhla chose to collab with Msaki on Thandolwethu, and couldn’t have been happier with their decision.

Thandolwethu is a love song that honours the love, passion and commitment of two people who unapologetically want to be together. Never giving up is one of the keys to love and the essence of this track.

Even though it is a love song, it is will keep the people grooving all night long!
