Sisterhood: Zodwa Wabantu and Kelly Khumalo are friendship goals

Zodwa Wabantu is enjoying being on what looks like Level 0 of the lockdown. The media personality, who is currently in Johannesburg, has been living it up.

She seems to be on a media tour and promoting her brand while the rest of the country remains stranded at home.

In a true act of sisters supporting one another, Zodwa Wabantu used her platform to send a shout-out to Kelly Khumalo by promoting her gin brand, known as Controversy.

The pair had an amusing exchange on the Instagram video uploaded by Zodwa. In the footage, the dancer was talking about the gin and saying how she was excited to have some. Kelly Khumalo, in turn, responded to the post saying:

"Thank you my love, this means a lot to me. I hope aweqisanga sinamawala lesosphuzo kufudumala ihlathi manje (I hope you didn't finish that whole bottle, it's very strong and warms up the nether regions)."

Social media users seemed to love the interaction between the two media personalities even though it was under controversial circumstances as the sale of alcohol is currently banned. Instagram user cepharsjay said:

In similar news, Briefly.co.za previously reported Kelly Khuma blasted a troll who tried to come for her recently. A social media user asked Kelly why she denies baby daddy Jub Jub access to the their child.

It was previously reported that Kelly did not want Jub Jub anywhere near their son Christian. Christian, Kelly and Jub Jub’s son, is only nine years old and the poor boy is having to go through all this drama.

Kelly often states how absent Jub Jub is and that she would rather him be out of their son’s life completely. The Empini singer hit back and said that Jub Jub had never even tried to make contact.
