The mother of three is not your usual granny, she is 37 years old and wears her grandma tag with so much pride.

Speaking exclusively to Briefly.co.za, the happily married lady narrated how her life in marriage started when she was about to clock 16.

The beautiful Kenyan mum lost her mother at a very young age. That meant that she had to adjust to a new normal.

A normal that meant her family had no matriarch, no mother who cooked, hugged or kissed them goodnight.

Rose and her siblings lived with their dad, uncle and stepmum. And that meant that mistreatment would sometimes be the order of the day.

“When mum died we were raised by a stepmum. Life was kinda hard,” she narrated.

The 37-year-old also stated that she met her husband through her uncle.

“At that time, my husband was my uncle’s boss. That is how we met. We ended up getting married and he even taught me how to cook. Marriage was hard for me in the beginning and I want to really thank my husband for practically raising me and teaching me,” the sassy grandma said.

Rose had her first kid at 16, her second child was born when she was 19 and the lastborn was delivered when she was 21.

The lady’s eldest daughter who I now 21 has her own child.

“I remember when my daughter told me she was pregnant, I was shocked. She notified me through text. I however have really grown to love her son. Imagine being a mother of girls then God decides to bless you with a baby boy. He makes me so happy,” Rose gushed about her grandson.

The grandma has also asked girls to always remember that choices have consequences.
