Imagine having a male bestie that pays for you to have a whole spa day after you underwent surgery - one young lady with the Twitter handle, @Neilwejoy, recently headed online to share how her guy friend did that for her. She captioned a clip of the beautiful place he had booked for her:

"My guy friend told me to go with him to town yesterday, then he took me straight to Bloemfontein and booked a hotel for me and a spa and said to me 'You deserve this, you've been through a lot.' I couldn't go to spa though because of my operation.This is a beautiful place."
