Woman Celebrates Getting Divorced, Thanks Court for Making It Happen

- Ego Oyibo with the Twitter handle @Ojornelu recently took to the social media platform to celebrate her divorce after a Lagos high court dissolved her marriage

A Nigerian lady with the Twitter handle @Ojornelu has taken to the social media platform to celebrate getting a divorce.

@Ojornelu shared a dancing GIF on her page and captioned it:

"Signed the dotted lines today....Happily Divorced!!!"

The divorcee went on to expressed gratitude to the Lagos state high court for making dissolving her marriage with her partner.

Briefly.co.za notes that the young woman may be celebrating the fact that she left a toxic marriage and she is finally able to find her peace.

Taking to the comment section to react to the post, @_deeloc wrote:

@irepunited congratulated the young woman and suggested they have a party to celebrate the divorce.

In her words:

@Ojornelu responded:

"Thank you mama. I kuku collected vaccine this week so I'm ready to party."

In similar news, Briefly.co.za recently reported on a man who chose to divorce his wife after finding money she had hidden from him. The man is set to divorce his wife of 15 years after she failed to support him with money to complete his house despite having R700k to her name.

In a screenshot shared on Twitter by @Postsubman, it was indicated that the woman refused to support her husband because her name wasn't included in the house document.

The woman decided to buy a house in her name but was duped of R700k. Tweeps soon flooded the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.
