Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported that media personality Bonang Matheba is an icon in the entertainment industry but she has now revealed her plans to put that aspect of her career on hold. Bonang is focused on making money in the alcohol industry and has big plans for the future.

A fan asked Bonang when she would be returning to radio and TV, Bonang then said:

"I never know how to respond to this but my wine life is a BIG STORY. Colossal!”

Bonang really feels that she has too much money to make in the wine business, so entertainment is going to have to be put on the back burner for now. She has her own sparkling wine brand called House of BNG.
