Media personality Somizi Mhlongo used his morning to drop some wisdom about the challenges that people go through in life. Somizi was giving a tutorial on how to make a quick iced tea drink but also used his time to give his followers some advice on how to deal with things.
Somizi spoke about how everyone in life has their own set of challenges that they go through and people shouldn't make fun of others because of this.
The Idols SA judge was telling people that they are not alone and everyone is going through something right now.
Somgaga also touched upon hardships that life can throw at you when you least expect it and it's hard but in the end, you'll understand why and see that it was worth the fight.
"The message today is that you are not alone. You are not cursed. You are probably going through something that feels like it's the end of the world. It's not the end, it's the beginning of a new chapter," said Somizi.
Somizi told his followers to hang in there and keep their heads up. The media personality also added that one shouldn't be too concerned about what others think but keep it moving.
