Former YoTV presenter Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni caused a buzz online when they were spotted with Siya Kolisi.

The Springboks captain, Siya Kolisi, was seen attending the Sharks game with the Mthombenis on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Social media user @villageguluva shared a video on his X account of the Mthombenis with the Springboks captain.

"Siya Kolisi met with Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife. Bro is really in love," he captioned the clip.

The Sharks Rugby social media page shared a clip of Kolisi's interaction with Musa and Liesl on its Instagram account on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

"Siya getting around it with Dr. Musa and Liesel Laurie-Mthombeni 😍," read the post.

The media personality also posted a photo of himself with the rugby player on his Instagram account on 31 March 2026.

"March photo dump for the ages. I’d like to take you through the month with me. Firstly, I’d like to thank @siyakolisi for offering me the Springbok captaincy whilst he’s injured. Again, my brother, I’m focusing on my education in 2026. I’ll be ready for my debut in 2027 for the World Cup," said Mthombeni.
