It looks like Lungile Thabethe is back in the dating game. The social media influencer sparked a frenzy on Thursday, 20 August 2026, after a reposted Instagram snap placed her at Kapama Private Game Reserve alongside a mystery companion, setting tongues wagging about a possible new romance.

The photo surfaced via @sanelenkosiii on X, with the caption noting that Lungile may have found love again following her split from hip-hop DJ Speedsta, real name Lesego Nkaiseng. The two had been in a long-term relationship, living together and welcoming a daughter, whose first birthday they celebrated together in July 2025. Their breakup was first hinted at when their shared home was listed for sale.

At the time, Lungile and her sister, presenter Ayanda Thabethe, reportedly trolled Mosaka over the new relationship. Now it appears the tables have turned and Lungile is the one with a fresh love interest.
