The image, which surfaced on X on 24 August 2026, was shared by user @officialtwinny with the caption: "She definitely is... 😭😭😭 Baby no.4 loading, congratulations to Kelly Khumalo 🎉🎉🎉"
The post quickly caught fire, though not everyone is sold on the idea. Several users pointed out that the image may be AI-generated, noting that Kelly's most recent Instagram uploads show her performing on stage with a noticeably flat tummy.

The scepticism is real. A user going by @Wonder_BoySA pushed back on the speculation, writing "lies" and later adding that the photo may have originated from a throwback or from an account that does not belong to Kelly at all. "That's not Kelly's account, hunnie," they clarified.

Kelly is already a mother of three.
