Actor and producer Zola Hashatsi has taken to X to report the discovery of two more bodies in a house in Kwa-Thema, Ekurhuleni, on Thursday, 17 September 2026. Posting under his hashtag #HashatsiReports, he described himself as being on the ground and urged the public to help find those responsible.
"2 more bodies discovered in a house in Kwa-Thema, Ekurhuleni. This is a developing story; I'll keep you posted. I'm on the ground. Gents, let's protect our Queens and Princesses by all means. Let's find this person or people," Hashatsi wrote on X.
His post was accompanied by a black-and-white photograph showing a crowd gathered on a street, apparently at the scene.

Ninth woman's body found in Ekurhuleni
The claim arrives against a deeply troubling backdrop. South African police have confirmed that a ninth woman's body was found in the Ekurhuleni area on the same morning, discovered half-naked and wrapped in a sheet on the side of a road in Dawn Park. Her identity had not been released at the time of reporting.
Eight other women's bodies have been recovered across Ekurhuleni since July 2026, with several found partially clothed and bearing injuries. Authorities have stated they have not yet established whether the deaths are connected or whether a serial killer is at work.
