Toya Delazy has come out swinging at activist Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma and Sihle Sibisi, accusing the two women of exploiting the femicide crisis for personal gain rather than genuinely fighting for victims.

The Afro-rave artist posted her thoughts on X on 18 September 2026, pulling no punches in her takedown of the pair. In her post, Toya accused Jacinta and Sihle of using the platform that femicide conversations provide to advance their own agendas, writing, "femicide is not a place to get your leg up & piss on our backs while calling it rain." She called for their media airtime to be removed, arguing that their voices were doing more harm than good.

Toya's full accusation

Toya Delazy went on to describe the two women as "charlatans" whose comments spread division across African communities. She also accused them of spending the year "pedalling kak" and warned that what she called "Mossad games" had been exposed. She closed with a direct plea:

"Women, regardless of nationality, deserve protection and safety, and each time these charlatans open their mouths it's to blurt lies and cause division amongst us. Stop femicide full stop!"

Mzansi reacts to Toya's post

The post drew thousands of views and quickly split opinion online. Not everyone rallied behind Toya's message.

@Drndarsky stood firmly in agreement with Toya's position, commenting:

"I was already told to shut up elsewhere. I will stand with South Africa on this one! For all we know, those siding with the Kempton Park killers are their minions to counteract our Loud voices against GBV. I do hope Parliament does consider the Death Penalty too."

Jacinta slammed the government over killings

March and March Movement leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma staged an anti-GBV picket outside Durban Central Police Station amid the Ekurhuleni killings.

Ngobese-Zuma made a bold claim that the murders of women found across Gauteng are not only GBV cases but deliberate acts.
