A young TikToker has sent Mzansi into a frenzy after his selfie-style ranking video of the top 10 amapiano female artists went viral on X on 20 September 2026. The kid's unfiltered commentary had fans clutching their sides — but it was his shading of Sha Sha that really got the internet fired up.
The clip, originally credited to the account @ujjustkidding, appears to be filmed indoors — possibly a bathroom or hallway — in classic selfie mode. A numbered countdown from 1 to 10 fills the screen progressively, with Instagram-style profile icons and names appearing alongside each ranking. Artists including Bassie, Babalwa M, Zee Nxumalo and Sha Sha all made the list, though not everyone came out unscathed.
Sha Sha gets the rough end of the stick
While the kid's enthusiasm was undeniable throughout the clip, his commentary around Sha Sha left fans split between laughter and outrage. The ranking sparked a wave of "Justice for Sha Sha" and "Poor Sha Sha" reactions across the replies, with fans feeling the Zimbabwean-born amapiano star deserved far better treatment.

Zee Nxumalo, on the other hand, came out on top and earned the kid some serious credibility. Nkosazana Daughter landed at number 10, and Babalwa M — seemingly a personal favourite of the young creator — found herself placed at number four, which left some fans equally baffled.
