A netizen turned to Mbali Nhlapo, a Briefly News Women of Wonder: The Real Housekeepers of Mzansi participant, for answers about their mould problem. She came through with a mould cleaning solution that impressed online users.

In a video, Mbali responded to a TikTok user who asked for a way to get rid of mould. In the past, the housekeeper recommended a DIY spray of: 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of warm water, and a teaspoon of dish liquid for mould in showers. This time, Mbali pulled out one product, Gold Star Mould Blast, saying it is suitable for bathrooms, showers, kitchen tiles, and most surfaces. After spraying it on the mould, Mbali emphasised that it is important to wait for the product to soak so that it is much easier to wash off. In the clip, Mbali was delighted to see the product work, as she easily scrubbed even without the wait time.
