Khan dismissed from SAPS

Briefly News reported that the South African Police Service confirmed that Major-General Feroz Khan's disciplinary hearing had concluded.

The senior Crime Intelligence officer did not attend the hearing as he had recently been hospitalised for a second time.

The Labour Court recently struck Khan's urgent application off the roll, as he sought to halt the proceedings against him.
