Phoenix Wrestle Rampage is set to bring a star-studded professional wrestling card to Durban on Saturday, 17 October 2026, with local favourite Joshua "The Bull" Chetty leading the line-up at Stanmore Hall in Phoenix.
According to the event organisers, the World Wrestling Alliance (WWA) show will open at 3 pm, with bell time scheduled for 6 pm. Tickets are R100, and the event offers unreserved seating.
Joshua "The Bull" Chetty headlines Durban wrestling event
Chetty has spent 16 years competing professionally after making his debut at the Chatsworth Youth Centre on 13 November 2010. Wrestling legend Tiger Ellappan attended his debut.

The Durban wrestler has collected several major accolades during his career. He was a WAWSA Arnolds Champion and a former DPW Interprovincial Champion and DPW Heavyweight Champion.
One of his biggest milestones came in 2016 when he teamed with Shadow to win the WWP Tag Team Championship at Sibaya in Durban.
The victory came in a triple-threat contest involving Shaun Koen and Johnny Palazzo from Cape Town, alongside Hotaru and Super X from Johannesburg. Chetty and Shadow's victory was significant as they became the first Indian competitors to hold the WWP Tag Team Championship.
Chetty also won Match of the Year honours in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

TJ Tremor, Ananzi and Ryan Cage add star power
The card also features several other established names, including Ananzi and Ryan Cage, the reigning WWP Tag Team Champions.
Ananzi, also known as "The Lion for Africa", has trained at Booker T's wrestling school in Texas and has competed against international opposition. Ryan Cage has experience in both professional wrestling and MMA, including competition in the Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC).
TJ Tremor also brings considerable international experience. He wrestled more than 50 matches during a 2023 tour of England and later faced former WWE star James Storm at Fightmare in 2024.
In 2025, Tremor defeated former WWE star Joe E. Legend to capture the WWP World Heavyweight Championship and WWP All African Championship.
Shadow and more wrestling stars set for Phoenix
Shadow, who has 15 years of wrestling experience, trained at the Wild Samoan Training Centre in Florida under the Anoa'i family and has competed internationally.
The advertised line-up also includes The Great William, JP Die Boer, Nightmare, Alex Desire, Mr Money, Steve Eden and Wade Alucard.
Phoenix Wrestle Rampage will be held at Stanmore Hall, 213 Grove End Drive, Grove End, Phoenix, Durban.

Joshua "The Bull" Chetty's brutal Chatsworth wrestling rivalry
