A man with the Twitter handle @_i_am_sanguine has taken to the social media platform to disclose how he met his wife during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the screenshots of the conversation between the couple, the young man slid into the lady's DMs on LinkedIn to solicit help after losing his job due to the pandemic.

The lady was receptive and asked him to send his CV in case she had an offer for him. Subsequent messages show that the duo got along quite fast and the rest is now history.

He wrote on Twitter:

"So I was once asked how and where I met my wife. I replied “LinkedIn”. The person laughed because I joke a lot. My guy was even more shocked when he realised that it was not a joke. We do find love in hopeless places."
