Tobeka Madiba Zuma is loved by many and one special lady in her life showed just how much she cares.

On Sunday, uBaba's wifey revealed her friend, Doctor Thandeka Ngcobo, showered her with gifts. Dr Ngcobo is a medical practitioner who made the 200 Young South Africans of 2019's list.

The beautiful doc gave Tobeka flowers and chocolates and she gushed about it on Instagram.

The former first lady captioned the post:

"Thank you my baby @dr_teedkfuze for the heartwarming gesture. I would not trade you for anything."

Dr Ngcobo also shared photos of the gesture online and it was clear how much Tobeka means to her.

She captioned her post:

"We all have that one special person who will genuinely ask how you are doing and actually wait for your response @tobeka_madiba_zuma Thank you Mommy for always making time for me and putting a smile on my face. I love you so much."

Last month, Briefly.co.za reported Tobeka was glowing as she and some of her friends and family enjoyed a day at the beach.

The former first lady looked radiant as she rocked a black bathing suit with bright pink beach dress over it. She posted several snaps online, including ones of her daughter, and captioned it:

"The sunlight claps the earth, and the moonbeams kiss the sea: what are all these kissings worth, if thou kiss not me? I ask #sunshine #kisses #nature #beach #day #family #bonds #strengthened."
