Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone is giving up his mighty mansion for something better and cosier near the beach.
The Rocky star and his wife Jennifer Flavin plan to sell their eight-bedroom home for a whopping R2 billion.
The mansion is tucked in a rosy piece of lands deep in Beverly Hills Park, Los Angeles.
It is rumoured that the Rambo actor and his wife plan to move to Palm Beach.
It sits on a vast piece of land that is covered by towering canopies of trees and lush green grass all over the compound.
Sylvester’s home that can easily pass for a high-end resort has a spacious pool in the middle of the compound and 12 bathrooms.
The home has a statue of Rocky, a character the actor played during his heydays in the film industry.
Dirt.com reports that the palatial residence has an in-built office, humongous library and walls that look like those of an actual castle.
The exterior part of the celebrity’s house has been professionally painted with a royal-looking white coat that welcomes the light during the day.
Inside, his windows run from the floor to the roof and the sun pierces through the house in the morning till the time it sets.
In the past, Briefly.co.za reported that the actor's mum Jackie Stallone passed away at the age of 98 under unclear circumstances.
Sources close to the family revealed the astrologer "passed away" although full details were not disclosed.
Jackie left behind sons Sylvester and Frank, her husband of over two decades Stephen Marcus Levin and a number of grandchildren.
The late was also mother to late actress Toni D'Alto who died of cancer back in 2012.
