Lady causes massive stir online after showing off brand new whip she bought for herself

- A Nigerian lady identified as Maryam on Twitter has shared photos of her new Mercedes Benz

- Many tweeps congratulated her as they said they hoped theirs too would come soon

- There were, however, others who believed showing off one's success is not necessary

A Nigerian lady with the Twitter handle @Lorde_Em has generated massive reactions on social media after showing off the car she bought for herself.

The lady said that it is her first car as she shared photos. One of the snaps she posted on social media has the vehicle's seats in nylon. The bonnet of the car is dressed in red ribbons.

Many tweeps said that she has really done well for herself as they said it a great thing when one spends money on one's welfare.

Her post has received over 10,000 retweets with hundreds of comments from tweeps as at the time of writing this report.
