Reaching a fitness goal brings the sort of happiness that only a few other things in the world are able to do. A young South African man recently headed online to share pictures of himself before and after his amazing weight loss journey.
The motivational post, which was made by a local with the Twitter handle @Nale34843837, shared a pic of himself when he was obviously bigger and had a good amount of fat around his tummy, and another where he is completely lean and looks as if he could run a marathon.
"They sat me down and I listened. #RunningWithTumiSole," he captured the absolutely 'fitspirational' post.
Of course, many people who wanted the same for themselves headed to the comment section to both compliment the young man and ask him how he did it. Read a few of their thoughtful comments below:
"I also run but I’m getting bigger, help me."
"I need to go to this meeting urgently. Back to the topic. You did well."
"Mind sharing your steps bro, I have already cut out sugar and alcohol."
"You have worked very hard my leader, this is so inspiring."
In similar Briefly.co.za reports, while all kinds of bodies are beautiful, it's always nice to completely smash a weightloss or weight gain goal that you set for yourself. A young Mzansi man, @Thabiso_14M, recently shared some pics of his great transformation.
In the "How it started vs how it ended" challenge, the young guy shared pictures of himself as younger and chubbier while in the next frame he is pictured much leaner and even rocks a bold new hairstyle to compliment his new abs.
Twitter users headed to the comment section to share their thoughts on his new and improved physique. A lot of them asked him for a little advice on how they can do the same.
