Bonang Matheba has finally come out with why Being Bonang Season 3 was her last. It looks like Queen B has a bit of beef with the production company, which she alleges has failed to pay her. However, they say that is incorrect.

Being Bonang was an absolute hit. It broke TV ratings and literally every person in Mzansi was watching it, had watched it or at least knew about it.

When the final season was announced back in 2019, Bonang let her fans know that there was a good reason for it being the last. Non-payment seems to be it.

The tea was recently spilt after a fan asked Bonang to get back on the reality TV game. Queen B made it known that the production company who was behind Being Bonang still owed her money.

One thing you don’t mess with is Bonang’s cash flow, honey!

“I'm over it... and they owe me money so, nah!! Maybe... B*dazzled reloaded?”

Fans took to the comment section in shock. They cannot believe that someone would do Queen B dirty like that.

“Legend or the station? Oh if it’s Legend that’s so on brand. That guy is going to fall flat on his face - yobengathi bamloyile when no did what the universe deals with people like him.”

The Citizen asked the BarLeader TV production company head Legend Manqele for comment on the matter and he denied that Bonang had not been paid.

“The tweet doesn’t refer to my company or anyone specific. All money was paid to her management.”
