The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls-South Africa High School (OWLAG) took to their official Facebook page to celebrate the inspiring dedication and hard work of OWLAG’s Class of 2012 Dr Lindiwe Tsope (PhD).
OWLAG was established with the help of a generous investment by Winfrey. The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation was started to fund the OWLAG South Africa and aims to be a link between academy and tertiary institutions, give support to learners and discover bursaries to financially assist students in tertiary programmes. Dr Tsope took to her personal Facebook to post a few adorable photos in celebration of her achievement with a heartwarming caption.
"Not how I envisioned celebrating my day but we wouldn't be graduates if we weren't adaptable right? Doctor of Philosophy graduand. #RUGrad2021 COVID style," she wrote.
