Reality TV star Thandeka Tshabalala won hearts when she visited a sick and elderly woman at the hospital. But this was no ordinary gogo; she is a fan of the Big Brother Mzansi runner-up, and she made this known while she was in the house.

Thandeka puts smile on gogo's face

After exiting the house as a runner-up to Liema Pantsi, who won the cash prize, Thandeka has been receiving love from her fans. From cafes to malls, she always stops to take pictures with her supporters.

This time, she went to the hospital to show love to a fan who not only made it known that she is a fan, but she also gave her a shoutout while she was in the house.

An Instagram page, Life After BBMzansi, posted photos of Thandeka paying the woman a visit.

"Thandeka visited uGogo at the hospital, who supported her during the show and wished her well. We wished gogo speedy recovery. Thank you, Thandeka, for putting a smile on her face," she wrote.

Tshabalala also penned a loving letter to the woman and showed her just how much she appreciates her, saying she felt obligated to go to the hospital and meet her in person.
