Sarah Langa appears to have sent a pointed message to critics questioning her relationship with Springbok star Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu.

The model, beauty entrepreneur and businesswoman went public with the rugby player earlier this year after keeping their romance relatively private. Their relationship has since attracted plenty of attention, particularly because Sarah is nine years older than Sacha.

The latest round of scrutiny came after Sacha's performance at Ellis Park, with some rugby fans even blaming his relationship for what they viewed as a disappointing display on the field.

Her message came shortly after Sacha faced criticism following his performance at Ellis Park. The rugby star later shared photos from a family lunch, with Sarah appearing among those pictured.

That appearance reignited debate about the couple's nine-year age difference, with some social media users directing criticism at Sarah.

In March, Sarah confirmed during an Instagram Q&A that she was in a relationship. Sacha had also seemingly hinted at his romance a month earlier while speaking at a media event.

The Springbok flyhalf was attending a press conference after being announced as the first male ambassador for Garnier in Sub-Saharan Africa when he was asked about Valentine's Day.

“My missus is in the building”, the famously reserved rugby star said.

He later made his relationship with Sarah even harder to miss when he dedicated an Instagram post to her on her birthday.

At the time, Sarah had turned 33 just days after Sacha celebrated his 24th birthday. The couple posed together for a beach selfie during a trip to Bali, giving followers a glimpse into their relationship.
