Big Brother Mzansi fan-favourite King Wanda has officially launched his music career with the release of his debut EP, iCulo, which dropped on 25 July 2026. The eight-track project marks a deeply personal milestone for the reality TV personality, who has long regarded music as his true calling.
While audiences came to know King Wanda through his charismatic presence on the popular reality show, the new EP reveals a far more personal version of the star. Named after his young daughter, the project draws on themes of faith, fatherhood, and the long road to chasing a dream.
18 years in the making for King Wanda
TimesLive reports that King Wanda has spent close to two decades working towards this moment. Speaking about the project, he made clear that perseverance, not talent alone, shaped iCulo.

"I've been chasing this dream for almost 18 years. I want her to know that it doesn't matter how long it takes; you just keep trying; giving up is not an option. My daughter is the light of my life; everything I do now is for her," he said.
The EP features collaborations with poet Lethu Nkwanyana and Big Brother Mzansi season six winner Liema Pantsi. In a touching gesture, little Ulu herself makes an appearance on the closing track.
