After the Springboks lost 38-22 against Australia at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg, a few fans of the local team gathered at a Shell petrol station at night to playfully show off their skills.
TikTok user @essence_luxe_fragrance shared the moment on their account on 17 August, 2025, showing a group of men in green and gold entering a scrum formation, even though there were more people on one team than the other.

The team with more men pushed the four others with force, causing some of them to fall on their backs and topple over each other. Despite how painful the fall looked, one of the men still managed to smile.

Thousands of online community members gathered in the comment section with a positive attitude, loving that strangers came together after the Springboks' defeat. Others noticed how one man fell and joked about how one of the strangers had made the man fall on purpose.
