A TikTok creator, @kwamaisha, sparked curiosity online after posting a video on 14 August 2025 showing the progress of his underground house project. The clip, which already has more than 1,000 likes, gives viewers a tour of the unconventional construction. The home is still very much a work in progress, but the creator confidently assured his followers that the idea will make sense once complete.

The video shows large sections of the earth dug out, with the foundations and layout beginning to take shape below ground level. Instead of building upwards like a standard home, the creator is focused on using the natural surroundings to form walls and create insulation. Many of the comments came from intrigued viewers who wanted to know more about how such a structure would work, especially in terms of ventilation, safety, and long-term durability.
