Kid in China Asking to Learn South African Language in TikTok Video Melts Hearts

A TikTok content creator based in China showed people a wholesome moment with a foreign kid. The man posted the clip to show South Africans how much the child wanted to learn about the country.

The video of the Chinese kid and the South African man received thousands of likes. Many commented on the video of the kid and the man's conversation.

In a video on TikTok, @skillzz_5 was filming when a child sitting next to him asked him about his home language, saying, "I want to learn your language". The man taught the kid how to greet in Setswana, saying, "Dumelang, Mr Donald," and the kid repeated it perfectly. He also learned how to say "dinstshang" and "ke sharp.". When asked why he wanted to learn a South African language, the kid said he wanted to tell his dad about it. The man then encouraged him to always greet him in Setswana and also gave him some alternatives to greeting, including "heita", and other kids joined in.

South Africa touched by Chinese kid

Many people thought that the kid was adorable for trying to learn a different language. Online users were raving about how curious the little boy was. Watch the video of the Chinese kid learning Setswana below:
