A South African woman turned what should have been a routine morning gym run into an unforgettable rideshare story after her Uber driver appeared unable to get the car moving.
Felicia Winkel II posted the incident on 5 August 2026. In the clip, she can be seen calmly talking the driver through the basics, from releasing the handbrake to staying in the correct lane while navigating traffic officers. Her caption explained the e-hailing driver's panic, while sympathising with her:
"My driver today was a learner driver and started panicking not long into our trip, and I had to take over the wheel and drive us to my destination while she calmed down 😭 she said it’s only been 3 days. She's just a girl, shame."
By the time she finally arrived at the gym, Felicia was 30 minutes late but completely unbothered.
