The most explosive claim: a Swiss billionaire by the name of Wachim Varner Schlotz walked away with R500 million from the RAF, making him the fund's single highest-paid beneficiary.
Metro FM radio host Faith said:
"The highest beneficiary from the Road Accident Fund was not South African, and [after] that, I think the second and the third largest payouts also were from people who are not from South Africa."
