The 2023 Champions League winners have also been accused of refusing to cooperate with the Premier League investigations.

54 of the 115 charges relate to the club's failure to provide accurate financial reports from 2009 and 2018. 35 charges relate to their alleged failure to cooperate with the league's investigations between December 2018 and February 2023, per Manchester Evening News.

Man City have vehemently denied all allegations, which, if proven, could have serious repercussions for the club.

Head coach Pepe Guardiola has insisted they are innocent until proven guilty.

Possible punishments Man City could face

Sky Sports reports that everything is on the line. Punishments include points deductions, fines, and even expulsion from the Premier League.

The report also lists that the independent commission could recommend that the games be replayed, order compensation, cancel or refuse player registration, or order the club to pay costs, among other punishments.
