New Mamelodi Sundowns signing Fawaaz Basadien has broken his silence after completing his move to the Betway Premiership champions this summer.
The South African international has been on the radar of the three Premier Soccer League giants before opting to join the Brazilians this summer.
The 28-year-old was named Stellenbosch FC Player of the Season last campaign after an impressive performance for the Stellies in all competitions.

The Bafana Bafana defender scored seven goals and assisted eight more strikes in 46 appearances across all competitions.

Basadien breaks silence on Sundowns transfer
In an interview with the club's official social media pages, Basadien expressed his joy at signing for Mamelodi Sundowns with the hope of winning more titles as a player.
“Masandawana family, I’m happy to be here and I can’t wait for you guys to fill up the stadiums and watch us win more trophies,” he said on the club’s social media.
“I’m proud to be yellow."

Mamelodi Sundowns confirm more exits
Briefly News also reported that Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed more exits from the club ahead of next season.
