Bulelani Sigomoshe: Orlando Pirates Sign Another South African Star From PSL Side

Orlando Pirates have added Bulelani Sigomoshe to their squad, signing the 26-year-old right-back from Milford Football Club as the PSL champions move to address a positional shortage in defence.
The club confirmed the acquisition in an official statement, noting that Sigomoshe joins "with immediate effect, adding further depth and competition to the Club's defensive options."
Pirates Address Right-Back Shortage
The need for a specialist right-back became apparent after the Buccaneers lost both Deanno van Rooyen, who was released, and Thabitso Lebitso, who moved to Stellenbosch FC. Kamogelo Sebelebele had been filling the role, but the club's lack of cover in that position left the defensive unit exposed.
Pirates had attempted to recruit Thabang Matuludi as a solution, but Mamelodi Sundowns moved faster to secure his services, pushing the Sea Robbers to look elsewhere before landing Sigomoshe.

"The defender will link up with the technical team and his new teammates immediately as he begins the next chapter of his career in the famous black and white," the club's statement read.
Pirates' Busy Transfer Window
Sigomoshe's arrival is the latest in a series of transfer moves by the Buccaneers this window. Among the new faces at the club are Mthetheleli Mthiyane from Stellenbosch FC, Sbangani Zulu from Richards Bay, Sebastian Pedersen from Norwegian side Sogndal Fotball, and Mohau Nkota on loan from Saudi Arabian club Al-Ettifaq. Pirates also brought in Bohale Ngwato, Ghampani Lungu, Neo Rapoo and Aphiwe Baliti from Siwelele, as well as Matome Mmolai from Leicesterford City.
The outgoing list is significantly longer. High-profile departures include Relebohile Mofokeng, who joined Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium, and Patrick Maswanganyi, who moved to Alkhaldiya Sports Club in Bahrain. Several other players were transferred to local clubs, including Goodman Mosele to Chippa United and Neo Mokoena to AmaZulu, while Gomolemo Khoto, Siyabonga Ndlozi and Tshepho Mashiloane all moved to Sekhukhune United.
