At a time when many always clamour for churches to use tithes and offerings to better people's lives, a young lady with the Twitter handle @flourishJo has gone online to share what she benefited from her church.

Quoting a tweet asking people to talk about the good things their churches have done for them, she said:

"My church paid my tuition throughout uni."
Many said that it is church like like hers that needs tithes and offerings more.

Meanwhile, a female pastor identified as Prophetess Rose Kelvin openly declared her desire to give scholarships to the kids of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu who passed away on Friday, April 8 at the age of 42.

The founder of Rose Kelvin ministry was one of the many social media users and fans that received the Ekwueme crooner's death with shock - a death that has been enmeshed in reports of throat cancer and domestic violence.

Reacting to Osinachi's death, Rose in a post on her verified Facebook page expressed great sadness over the singer's death.
