According to Page Six, divorce experts have noted a clue in Melinda's divorce filling that shows she's angling at changing their kid's inheritance.

The mother of three is reported to have named top trust and estate lawyers as her representatives in the divorce suit.

According to revered divorce attorneys Harriet Newman Cohen and Martha Cohen, it is unusual for trust and estate lawyers to be named in a divorce.

This only means that Melinda has views for her family that differ from Bill, which would mean she wants to protect her children.

Bill and Melinda share three children; Jennifer, 25, Rory, 21, and Phoebe, 18.

A few days ago, Briefly News reported that the couple were planning on leaving their children only R140 million each.

When the news was revealed, many headlines included the word "only", which left thousands of internet users puzzled at how much money could be considered too little or not enough.

According to the Microsoft founder, he believes it is not okay to leave their children too much money, and the rest of their wealth will be going to charity.
