Surprised Woman Delivers Triplets after Suffering 3 Miscarriages

The babies Sharteen Nyakio, Shantel Nyambura and Sharon Nyawira weighed 1.57kg, 1.57kg and 1.56kg, respectively.

The mother of a 12-year-old-girl said she planned to have just one more bay before calling it a day but the good news finally came after years of pain and struggle.

"I could not believe it until I saw them. I was told the babies were in good condition, but they had to remain in the incubators for a whole month until each attained a weight of two kilograms," she was quoted by Daily Nation.

The joyful woman revealed her late grandmother, whom she was named after, had also sired twins showing blessings in the family.

Wambui's joy, however, was short-lived as she now ponders how she would take care of her babies, considering she and her husband are casual labourers.

The woman who dropped out of school after she became partially blind appealed for well-wishers and the government to help her raise the kids.

"What we need most at the moment are milk and clothes," Wambui pleaded.

Her husband said she is currently housed at his in-laws, considering the dire situation they are in.

Triplets

In a related story reported by Briefly News, a 54-year-old woman gave birth to triplets in her first pregnancy.

The Nigerian woman thanked God for her bundles of joy.

In another case, a woman welcomed triplets after 20 years of childlessness. The lady identified as Esther Michael shared the good news on social media.

"Twenty years of childlessness God wiped our tears away with triplets. What God cannot do does not exist. For you all trusting God for one thing or the other He will answer us," she said.
